1. Dr. Slosar is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon and president of SpineCare Medical Group in San Francisco.
2. He is also the medical director of the Spine Care Institute of San Francisco.
3. Dr. Slosar received his medical degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago. He underwent spine fellowship training at the San Francisco Spine Institute/SpineCare Medical Group.
4. He is a pioneer in the field of nanosurface technology for spinal implants to promote spinal fusion and bone growth.
5. He recently authored a research review in demonstrating that the combination of the selected spinal implant material and the nanoscale surface is crucial to stimulating bone formation.
