33% More Sustainable Health Information Exchanges Than in 2010, Report Says

Thirty-three percent more health information exchanges reported being sustainable to eHealth Initiative this year compared to last year, according to a news release.

The report, “Health Information Exchange: Sustainable HIE in a Changing Landscape,” found that 24 of the 196 initiatives that responded reported being self-sustaining, compared to 18 in 2010.
