Last week, the tournament announced that it would be taking precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the illness caused by the novel coronavirus.

However, the event was called off March 8 after a confirmed case of COVID-19 was detected locally.

This is the first time the tournament has ever been cancelled.
