Cleveland-based MetroHealth System is opening a comprehensive spine center that will include orthopedic surgeons, spine surgeons and pain management specialists. Neurosurgeon Michael Steinmetz, MD, is the director of the spine center.

St. Vincent Healthcare
in Billings, Mont., recently unveiled its $8.4 million Joint Replacement Center.

The University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City announced plans for the Center for Sports Medicine and the Marc A. Asher, MD Comprehensive Spine Center, which will be opened next week.
