PrinterPrezz receives certification to 3D print medical devices

PrinterPrezz received certification for Quality Management Systems for the 3D printing of medical devices.

Three things to know:

1. The company is certified for the 3D printing of titanium, non-titanium metals and advanced resin and plastic implantable and non-implantable devices.

2. The ISO 13485:2016 certification is an international standard that that describes the requirements for a QMS specific to the medical devices industry.

3. It requires companies to manifest an ability to provide devices and affiliated services that meet customer and regulatory conditions.
