1. Boston Red Sox ace Chris Sale had Tommy John surgery after suffering a recurring arm injury in the 2019 season.

2.Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger had surgery after dislocating his shoulder while celebrating a home run.

3. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had his ACL and left knee medial collateral ligament repaired by Dr. ElAttrache.

4. Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell had surgery after being setback by pain in his arm, chest and shoulder area.

5. Tampa Bay Rays pitching prospect Brent Honeywell had surgery on his right elbow in December, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

6. New York Giants back Saquon Barkley had ACL surgery Oct. 30, according to The New York Daily News.

7. Former lightweight champion Vasily Lomachenkor had surgery on his right shoulder, according to an Oct. 20 report from Yahoo Sports.

8. Las Vegas Aces guard Kelsey Plum had an achilles tendon surgery, according to a statement from the WNBA.

Dr. ElAttrache is the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Foundation board chairman and program director for the Kerlan-Jobe Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is the head team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Rams, as well as an orthopedic consultant to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Ducks and PGA Tour.
