Neal ElAttrache, MD, operated on the right shoulder of Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger Nov. 17, after he dislocated it celebrating a home run, MLB.com reported.

Mr. Bellinger hit a home run in game seven of the National League Championship Series and dislocated his shoulder celebrating it.

"I hit [Kiké Hernandez's] shoulder a little too hard and my shoulder popped out," Mr. Bellinger said to MLB.com. "They had to pop it back in so I could play defense. It kinda hurt."

The team expects Mr. Bellinger will be ready for spring training 2021.
