Here are three sports stars who are brand ambassador for spine device or regenerative medicine companies.

NFL hall of famer Jerome Bettis was appointed as a brand ambassador for NuVasive in August. The former Pittsburgh Steelers running back will share his experience with NuVasive's extreme lateral interbody fusion to raise awareness about and minimally invasive surgery.

Centinel Spine partnered with Tiger Woods in an initiative to educate the public on spinal disease and treatment options. In 2017, surgeons implanted the Centinel Spine's Anterior Lumbar Integrated Interbody fusion device during a spinal fusion procedure to alleviate pain in Mr. Woods' back and legs.

IMAC Holdings appointed former NFL player and Chicago Bears head coach Mike Ditka as a brand ambassador as it plans to introduce its regenerative medicine treatments to the Chicago market.
