Southeast Pain & Spine Care's Jon-David Hoppenfeld, MD, joined the Carolina Panthers' medical staff.
Dr. Hoppenfeld will serve under head team physician Patrick Connor, MD. The Panthers' new addition also serves as a medical adviser for Golf Digest.
Before joining Charlotte, N.C.-based Southeast Pain & Spine Care as medical director, Dr. Hoppenfeld was an interventional pain management physician at New York City-based Manhattan Spine and Pain.
