2. The typical recovery time for the procedure is four to six weeks. The team will provide updates on Mr. Zeller whenever appropriate.
3. Dr. Carlson is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand injuries at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
4. She has received several notable honors throughout her career including the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society/Zimmer Research Grant, Lewis Clark Wagner Research Award, T. Campbell Thompson Prize and Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation.
