Steadman Philippon Research Institute partners with Smith & Nephew: 3 highlights

Vail, Colo.-based Steadman Philippon Research Institute and Smith & Nephew partnered to put on the 2018 Vail International Complex Knee Symposium V, from June 14 to June 16 in Vail.

Here are three highlights:

1. This is the fifth year the two have put on the conference.

2. The event will discuss topics related to complex knee surgeries while anatomic-based surgical procedures will be demonstrated.

3. Marc Philippon, MD, co-chair of SPRI, will serve as the distinguished faculty lecture on the first day of the conference.

SPRI and Smith & Nephew continue to bring some of the brightest minds in the field to this conference every year,” said Robert LaPrade, MD, CMO at SPRI. "Together, we strive to make sure our attendees leave the symposium in Vail with a clear understanding of the newest and most effective methods in the treatment and rehabilitation of knee injuries.
