Hospital for Special Surgery teams up with New York Cosmos: 3 insights

The New York Cosmos named the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City its official hospital.

Here are three insights:


1. With the multi-year partnership, Danyal Nawabi, MD, was named the medical director and head orthopedic surgeon for the team.


2. Dr. Nawabi completed fellowship training in sports medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery.


3. The Hospital for Special Surgery has been ranked the number one hospital in the country for orthopedics for the eight consecutive years by the U.S. News & Word Report.
