James Andrews, MD, is scheduled to perform elbow surgery on Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Matt Moore, according to a Concord Monitor report.
Dr. Andrews practices at Gulf Breeze, Fla.-based Andrews Institute Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. He will perform elbow-ligament replacement surgery on Mr. Moore, according to the report.
