Dr. Niver focuses on hand, wrist, elbow, forearm and shoulder surgery.
He earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, N.J, and completed his resident at the University of Connecticut in Farmington. Dr. Niver completed his hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at the Rothman Institute of Orthopaedics in Philadelphia.
