Brad Raphael, MD, a partner at Elite Healthcare Medical Associates, recently joined the staff at Crouse Hospital, both in Syracuse, N.Y., according to a hospital news release.
Dr. Raphael has a professional interest in sports medicine and shoulder injuries. He serves as an assistant team physician for Syracuse University Athletics and previously worked with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings.
Dr. Raphael earned his medical degree from Yale University Medical School in New Haven, Conn., and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. His additional training includes a sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles.
