Xtant Medical had a busy 2025 with new product launches and sales.
Six headlines to know:
1. Xtant Medical launched OsteoFactorPro, a naturally derived, growth factor-rich formulation for spine and orthopedics. OsteoFactorPro is designed to enhances the biologic activity and regenerative potential of any orthobiologic scaffold.
2. Xtant Medical is sold certain Coflex and CoFix spinal implants and all OUS entities of Paradigm Spine GmbH to Companion Spine. The assets sold for $19.2 million, and Xtant Medical plans to use the money to reduce long-term debt and add to cash liquidity.
3. Xtant Medical’s CollagenX wound healing product is out in a full commercial launch. CollagenX can be used by cases that Xtant Medical’s spine and orthopedics biologics portfolio addresses along with other cases across specialties.
4. Xtant Medical completed its sale of certain non-core Coflex spine implant assets and all OUS entities of Paradigm Spine GmbH to Companion Spine
5. Xtant Medical released its nanOss Strata synthetic bone graft in a commercial launch. The bone graft is manufactured from hydroxycarbonapatite, which is more soluble than traditional hydroxyapatite. The bone graft is designed to more colosely mimic the structure of the human bone and increase the graft’s surface area.
6. Xtant Medical’s third quarter revenue grew 19% year over year with $33.3 million.
