Watauga Medical Center Offers Spine Surgery Options

Boone, N.C.-based Watauga Medical Center, part of Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, has recently has added several new surgical options, including spine surgery.

For the first time in approximately 20 years, spine surgery is once again available at the medical center. James Califf, MD, performs spine procedures at WMC, and he has expertise in all aspects of back and spine conditions, including ruptured discs.

 

The medical center now also offers hip arthroscopy, facial reconstruction and complicated hernia repairs.
