1. Mr. Kerr underwent surgery to repair a ruptured disc in his back on July 28, 2015 and underwent a second operation on Sept. 4, 2015 to fix a spinal-fluid leak caused by the initial operation.
2. His main symptoms have been migraines and nausea, according to ESPN.
3. He missed 43 games last season due to the symptoms caused by the surgical complication.
4. While Mr. Kerr hopes to return within a week or so, he made it clear he won’t return until he can consistently stay with the team and fulfill his full-time duties throughout the playoffs.
