The center includes spine surgeons and a pain management physician. The services include chronic pain management, behavioral pain therapies, epidural therapies, spinal stimulation and spine surgery.
Southwest Spine & Pain Center also has a location at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah, which treats patients with acute and chronic pain using surgical and nonsurgical approaches.
