United Musculoskeletal Partners has joined the American Independent Medical Practice Association, a multispecialty advocacy organization, according to a Dec. 18 LinkedIn post.
AIMPA is physician-led and represents more than 600 independent medical practices and uses data-backed efforts to inform patients, physcian and policymakers.
Michael Briseño, MD, a spine surgeon with UMP, will serve on the AIMPA’s board of directors.
