2017: Richard Guyer, MD, of Plano-based Center for Disc Replacement at the Texas Back Institute performed anterior lumbar interbody fusion on Mr. Woods to address sciatica.
2021: Mr. Woods had a microdiscectomy to remove a pressurized disc fragment that was pinching his nerve.
2024: Sheeraz Qureshi, MD, operated on Mr. Woods. The golfer had a microdecompression surgery in his lumbar spine for nerve impingement.
