5. A fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Malberg is also associated with the American College of Surgeons and North American Spine Society.

 

6. Dr. Malberg completed his residency at Columbia Orthopedics and New York-Presbyterian Hospital, both in New York City.
