Synergy Spine adds former SI-Bone leader

Synergy Spine Solutions, an artificial disc company, named Troy Wahlenmaier as chief commercial officer, according to an Aug. 14 news release.

Mr. Wahlenmaier has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry and previously worked at SI-Bone for 13 years. There he was senior vice president of U.S. sales and grew U.S. revenue by 25 annually.

“He’s a visionary leader with a rare blend of strategic focus and people-first leadership,” Josh Butters, CEO of Synergy Spine, said in the release. “His ability to build scalable, culture-driven commercial teams will be pivotal as we accelerate growth and prepare for U.S. market entry.”
