Gregory Gebauer, MD, of the Surgery Center of Greensboro (N.C.) is the first surgeon in Greensboro to offer Barricaid, Intrinsic Therapeutics said in a Feb. 25 LinkedIn post.
He previously used the system for discectomy patients at his practice in Florida.
Barricaid is an annular closure device designed to reduce reherniation risk following lumbar discectomy.
