Orthopedists are the most financially stable with 77 percent in the specialty reporting at least adequate savings, according to a Medscape Orthopedist Lifestyle Report 2014.

1.    Orthopedics — 77 percent
2.    Ophthalmology — 76 percent
3.    Urology — 74 percent
4.    Radiology — 73 percent
5.    Anesthesiology — 72 percent
