St. Joseph Hoag Health is opening a new neuroscience and spine institute.

 

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Hoag and Irvine, Calif.-based St. Joseph Health completed an affiliation in 2013 that formed a network comprised of five St. Joseph Health hospitals and two Hoag hospitals.

 

The network will soon open the new institute, which brings neurology and spinal treatments under one roof. It is investing $185 million in software and state-of-the-art technology.
