St. Bernards Healthcare adds neurosurgeon

Jonesboro, Ark.-based St. Bernards Healthcare has added Maheen Khan, MD, to its team of neurosurgeons. 

Dr. Khan specializes in the treatment and removal of complex tumors, both malignant and benign, of the skull and spine, according to an Oct. 9 news release from the health system. 

Prior to joining St. Bernards, Dr. Khan served as an assistant professor of skull base and neuro-oncology at Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis.

In addition, she is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the release said.
