Spine surgeon with 11-location practice sells Florida mansion for $10.1M

Spine surgeon Ross Sherban, MD, has sold a mansion in Ocean Ridge, Fla., for $10.1 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported March 18.

Four things to know:

1. Dr. Sherban is founder of Stuart, Fla.-based Sherban Spine Institute, which has 11 locations across the state.

2. He specializes in various spine procedures, including disc replacement, tubular endoscopic microdiscectomy and minimally invasive spinal fusion.

3. Dr. Sherban completed a residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit and a fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston.

4. His professional memberships include the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
