6 spine surgeon moves in January

Here are six spine surgeons who moved to new practices or added to their titles in January:

1. Augustus “AJ” Rush, III, MD, joined Plano-based Texas Spine Consultants.

2. Rohan Lall, MD, was named chief medical officer of SynerFuse.

3. Sanjay Khurana, MD, and Hyun Bae, MD, are leading the new Center for Spine Economics, Outcomes & Research from Los Angeles-based Commons Clinic.

4. Kalman Blumberg, MD, joined Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Holy Cross Medical Group.

5. Moscow, Idaho-based Gritman Medical Center has added neurosurgeon Nicholas Levine, MD, to launch its new Gritman neurosurgery practice.
