Spine surgeon Dr. Robert Froh wins $500K lottery prize

Orthopedic spine surgeon Robert Froh, MD, won $500,000 in the Feb. 21 Maxmillions lottery draw, reports the Delta Optimist.

Dr. Froh practices with Surrey Comprehensive Orthopaedics, a 10-physician group based in Canada.

He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada, before completing a fellowship at the University of Toronto.

Initially specializing in all forms of orthopedic surgery, including spine and shoulder, Dr. Froh now focuses on complex revision and trauma surgery, according to his practice’s website.

He has been practicing for more than 30 years.
