Spine Institute Northwest Makes Surgical Video of New Oblique Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion

The Seattle-based Spine Institute Northwest recently created a YouTube channel to provide patients with access to surgical videos, including the new oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion, according to Digital Journal.

The channel, which is titled “Lumbar Fusions and Facet Fixation Surgery,” features procedural videos of treatments and minimally invasive spine surgery procedures. In the videos, Solomon Kamson, MD, performs real surgery on patients.

The OLLIF treatment is used to reestablish the height of a compressed disc and stop movement.
