Spine center opens at New York City’s Hudson Yards

NewYork-Presbyterian opened Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian/The Spiral in New York City’s Hudson Yards neighborhood, the hospital said Jan. 8.

The outpatient center occupies the entire second floor of The Spiral skyscraper and is a 50,000 square-foot facility, according to a news release. Physicians from Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medicine will see patients at the location.

Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian/The Spiral is designed to be a one-stop location for spine care with 33 exam rooms, six procedure rooms, imaging suites and a rehabilitation gym staffed with physical therapists.

The facility was supported by a $50 million gift from the Jane and Daniel Och Family Foundation.
