Scripps Health to Build Musculoskeletal Facility with $5M Donation

Darlene Shiley has donated $5 million to Scripps Health to build the Donald P. and Darlene V. Shiley Musculoskeletal Center in La Jolla, Calif., according to a Fox5 San Diego report.

The center, to be located at the Torrey Pines Anderson Outpatient Pavilion, will specialize in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, podiatry and rheumatology.

The center is expected to open in two years.
