Most recently, Dr. Huang served as chief of neurosurgery at Highland Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center.
Dr. Huang completed his residency in neurosurgery at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is board-certified and a member of the American Medical Association, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Neurological Society of America.
