Rock Creek Neurosurgery clinic opens in Utah

Rock Creek Neurosurgery clinic opened in Payson, Utah, according to a Herald Extra report.

The clinic is owned by Chad W. Farley, MD, and it provides neurosurgical care for adults suffering from numerous conditions, including head traumas, brain tumors as well as spinal disorders and deformities.

 

Dr. Farley also provides care at Mountain View Hospital in Payson and Mt. Timpanogos Hospital in Orem, Utah. He has completed two fellowships — one in trauma/neuro-critical care at the University of Cincinnati and another in complex and reconstructive spinal deformity at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
