Real Estate Investment Trust Buys Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital Campus for $76M

Real estate investment trust CNL Healthcare Properties purchased Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital campus for $76 million, according to an Orlando Business Journal report.

The 126,946-square-foot hospital focuses on spine, orthopedic, neurosurgery and minimally invasive procedures. The campus also includes a 99,768-square-foot medical office building with multiple tenants and two parking structures.

 

“The campus is an exceptional addition to our expanding healthcare portfolio, allowing us to further enhance and diversify our holdings,” CNL Healthcare Properties CEO Stephen H. Mauldin said to the Orlando Business Journal.
