Precedent Health Acquires DOC Holdings, Expands Spine Presence

Precedent Health has acquired DOC Holdings, a spine research company focused on providing comprehensive intraoperative monitoring solutions, according to a Precedent Health news release.

The company will use this acquisition to as a partial basis to formally launch its new division, Precedent Spine Health. As a result of the acquisition, Christina Cook, PhD, will join Precedent Health and leading its new spine-focused initiative. During her career, Dr. Cook has focused on ways to research, document and improve spine surgery.
