Lawson, Mo.-based spine surgeon Jason Montone, DO, and distributor John Balzer of Lenexa, Kan., have agreed to plead guilty to charges of conspiring to pay and receive kickbacks and obstructing the U.S. Department of Justice's investigation into that kickback scheme.
