3. Dr. Moore completed his spine fellowship at Tampa-based Florida Orthopedic Institute, and his orthopedic trauma fellowship at Columbus-based Ohio Health Grant Medical Center.

 

4. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

 

5. Dr. Moore will serve alongside spine surgeons Joseph Mark Graham Jr., DO, and Brian J. Ipsen, MD.
