Caduceus S requires a few C-arm images to help surgeons with AR and pre-surgical planning, according to a news release. The system superimposes 3D images on the patient using a head mounted display.
Caduceus S recieved clearance from the Taiwan FDA in August 2022 and is being used in surgeries. Surglasses aims to launch the system in the U.S. during the first quarter of 2023.
