Dr. Hillard has more than 20 years of experience in the field. She specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and brain tumors.
Currently, she serves as associate clinical professor for the department of neurosurgery at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
She is treasurer of the New York State Neurosurgical Society and chairman of Neuroscience at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, N.Y.
In 2004, Dr. Hillard was awarded the Synthes Award for Resident Research in Spinal Cord and Spinal Column Injury, before going on to complete a spine fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Her professional memberships include the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
