2. Mr. Flanagan possesses 30-plus years of medical device industry experience.

 

3. He is the CEO and board of directors’ chairman of DiscGenics, a regenerative medicine company for spine degenerative diseases.

 

4. Mr. Flanagan also founded Flanagan Instruments, a neurosurgical device distribution company. Itochu International purchased the company in 2005.

 

5. He serves on the boards of TrueVision Systems and Alliance for Regenerative Medicine.
