Dr. Al-Atassi has a professional interest in trauma, tumor, neurovascular and pediatric neurosurgery, spine surgery, epilepsy surgery and peripheral nerve surgery. He earned his medical degree from McGill University School of Medicine in Montreal, Quebec, where he also completed his residency in neurosurgery.
Dr. Al-Atassi also completed a fellowship in neurosurgery at Columbia University in New York City and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
