3. Dr. Burstein serves as a senior partner and attending physician at Nassau County, N.Y.-based Neurological Surgery, P.C.
4. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and past president of the New York State Neurosurgical Society.
5. Dr. Burstein was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps in the U.S. and served overseas as a battalion surgeon in the third and fifth Marine divisions.
