National Spine and Pain Centers performs free spine exams for veterans

Rockville, Md.-based National Spine and Pain Centers offered veterans free spine examinations Nov. 11.

The practice is providing the exams as part of its mission to “end the needless human pain and suffering that comes with chronic and acute pain.” Researchers from NIH said 65.5 percent of veterans reported suffering from pain over a three-month period. Approximately 9.1 percent of veterans reported having severe pain over the same time period.

NSPC has more than 70 locations with more than 750 medical professionals across the U.S.
