NASS Supports Petition to Reclassify Pedicle and Lateral Mass Screws

North American Spine Society has supported the reclassification petition by the Orthopedic Surgical Manufacturers’ Association to classify the pedicle and lateral mass screws for surgical spine use.

NASS supports the petition because pedicle and lateral mass screws are established devices and have favorable risk-benefit and safety profiles.
