The current SGR fix goes through April 1, and if additional legislation isn’t passed before then physicians face a nearly 25 percent pay cut for Medicare patients. NASS encourages all spine care provider to contact local representatives and ask them to sponsor the “SGR Repeal and Medicare Provider Payment Modernization Act” which would prevent the massive cut.
