Miriam Hospital’s spine center secures advanced certification

Providence, R.I.-based Miriam Hospital’s spine center has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval, according to a Nov. 3 report from Providence Business News.

The designation celebrates the healthcare organization’s dedication to safe and quality patient care. The standards are developed with help from care experts and providers, as well as measurement experts and patients. 

To earn the accreditation, the hospital underwent an on-site observation and review.
