Michigan hospital adds cervical disc replacement

UP Health System Marquette has added cervical disc replacement to its offerings, NBC/Fox affiliate WLUC reported Oct. 14.

Neurosurgeon Andrew Look, MD, is performing the motion-preserving, minimally invasive spine procedure at the hospital.

Dr. Look joined the hospital in July. Along with cervical disc replacement, he treats conditions including lumbar stenosis, brain injuries and back pain.
