The hospital has been renamed Memorial Hermann Orthopedic & Spine Hospital, and it adds to orthopedic and spine services offered by the health system’s three Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institutes and seven Memorial Hermann Joint Centers.

Opened in 2006, the former Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital offers a wide array of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care services, including sports medicine, orthopedic and neurological spine surgery and pain management.

To ensure a seamless transition, Memorial Hermann Orthopedic & Spine Hospital will operate under “business-as-usual” status with full employee integration.
